Family Solicitor

Our client is a well-established Reading based law practice. The firm is going through significant expansion and is seeking to appoint a Family Solicitor looking to commit to a firm long term to facilitate organic expansion and succession within the family team. 

The firm specialises in all areas of privately funded family work, to include:

• Divorce & Separation
• Financial Remedy and to include FDA and FDR
• Child Contact
• Prenuptial Agreements & Deeds of Trust
• Domestic Abuse & Cohabitation matters

The practice works towards a Resolution based approach, and it would be beneficial if you have an interest in mediation.
