Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Bristol/Cardiff – Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading firm with offices in Bristol and Cardiff on a permanent basis to attend the office at least 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be a Grade A Solicitor, with a minimum of 8 Years PQE.

The salary will be up to £55k per annum, dependent on experience.

This ideal candidate will have experience:

• Handling Clinical Negligence cases to include cancer – failure to diagnose claims, cerebral palsy claims, diabetic negligence, dental negligence, fatal injury, cosmetic surgery claims, mesh claims, orthopaedic injuries and gynaecology and negligent treatment

• Negotiating with third party representatives and is motivated by obtaining the best possible outcome for their clients

• Shaping and implementing litigation strategy as the case progresses

• Providing excellent client care
