An award-winning law firm which is 1st Tier for corporate commercial work in Cambridge is seeking an NQ to 3 years PQE solicitor for its busy and established team.
The successful candidate will join a 7-lawyer team in Cambridge supported by 5 other sites and headed by a highly regarded partner, which acts for a range of individuals, businesses, funders and investors on M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and demergers, corporate governance and advisory matters. You will ideally be an NQ with a 6-month training seat in corporate commercial work from a recognised commercial practice, or an established junior lawyer who is keen to take on a fresh challenge. The role will see you involved in marketing and business development activities, but you can expect ongoing support, training and development along with a leading regional salary and benefits.
