A lease extension/enfranchisement lawyer is required within a strong Kent based practice at NQ-2 PQE. Work will centre around lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement, so it is vital you have direct experience within these areas.
You will manage a full caseload autonomously sitting within the wider Kent based property team, reporting to a senior Partner when necessary. You will be confident in managing all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement work, including contentious work.
There’s an excellent flow of work from other offices so this provides a great opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking for progression, recognition or a greater amount of autonomy. The role is based within easy reach of public transport links.
