A Commercial Property Solicitor is sought by a growing and well-established Legal 500 firm in Leeds.

The firm is based in the heart of Leeds City Centre and has an excellent reputation with strong values including the importance of community, well-being and involvement in fundraising events for charity.

The Commercial Property Solicitor’s responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload without supervision, as well as handling more complex transactions
• Acting in a supervisory capacity to more junior Lawyers within the team, helping them achieve success
• Working as an integral part of the Commercial Property Team
• Displaying a breadth of technical knowledge and client facing skills
• Contributing to business development strategies

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor’s skills and experience:

• 5+ years’ PQE
• Significant exposure to Commercial and Real estate transactions
• Possess the confidence and technical skill to hit the ground running
• Very commercially aware with a keen interest in business development
• A team player who is happy to share their knowledge and experience to help and support others
• The highest level of Client care
• Experience managing complex matters including agreements for lease, leases and surrenders as well as development (commercial and residential) and investment (acting for individuals and institutional landlords)

Salary for this role is £47K-£55K DOE
