A leading regional practice with multiple sites across the Northampton area is seeking a contentious probate solicitor for its Kettering office and existing team of two.
The ideal candidate will be around 6 years PQE and whilst the firm will consider a more general litigation solicitor, you should be able to demonstrate around 50% of your experience covers contentious probate matters. Your experience should cover Contesting the Validity of Wills, Inheritance Act Disputes, Trustee Disputes and Estate Disputes.
A candidate who is ACTAPS qualified would be advantageous, but the firm can support someone studying or looking to start working towards this qualification. You can expect a market rate salary and benefits and the firm can offer excellent prospects for progression and development.
If you are looking to join a practice and team with its own award-winning in-house marketing team where you can develop or utilise your experience in contentious probate matters, apply now to be considered or get in touch with Stephen Chantry at G2 Legal for a confidential chat.
