Real Estate Litigation NQ - Birmingham

This international firm seeks a newly qualified solicitor to join their leading real estate litigation department.

Based in Birmingham, you will provide support on a wide variety of disputes. You will have your own caseload and be fully supported and supervised by senior members of the team. The team are band 1 ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers and advise on all property related disputes and contentious portfolio and asset management issues. You will advise owners, developers, investors, management companies, end users and others in the development process. The team are instructed on a wide range of matters from asset management of nationwide portfolios to high profile court matters. You will be expected to undertake networking and business development activities and form relationships with clients.

You will possess strong technical skills and excellent academic qualifications. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills as well as your high attention to detail. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player, client focused and a good communicator.
