This boutique law firm in Somerset is very busy across its commercial property team.
Due to this increase in instructions, the firm is now seeking an additional senior qualified solicitor or legal executive with commercial property experience.
You will join a very friendly commercial property team of around 10 qualified fee earners, legal assistants and support staff, advising very established clients from day one.
In this senior role, you will handle a broad and diverse caseload to include commercial landlord and tenant and asset management, investment and pension fund matters, development including options and promotion agreements and transactional corporate support.
Applications are welcomed from experienced solicitors and legal executives with aspirations to quickly progress to a director/partnership role.
This role will be based in Wells, Somerset and you will work closely with the existing, successful team.
Salary up to £55k + bonus and flexible working from both the office and home – the firm have recently upgraded all IT systems for a seamless home working experience.
