This reputed litigation specialist law firm is recruiting across its personal injury teams.
Due to a steady increase in high quality instructions, they now require a senior solicitor or legal executive to join their team in Somerset, or work from home elsewhere across the UK.
Your caseload here will include catastrophic injury matters of high value at multi-track level valued at £75k+.
You will already have at least 8 years PQE as a qualified solicitor or legal executive and at least 4 or 5 years' experience handling catastrophic personal injury matters.
In this role, you will become the leader of a small team of 3 who are all available to support you. You will run the caseload, but delegate relevant tasks to your team. You must therefore already have experience of managing a small team and delegating tasks in order to be at your most productive.
Join this busy and successful firm with a friendly, encouraging culture and slick processes and procedures already in place.
This position is offered full time, but with the possibility of agile working entirely from home if required.
Salary up to £55k + 3% pension contributions + 25 days holiday + employee assistance program.
