Job Title: Personal Injury Fee Earner (Fixed Term Contract)

Job description: We are recruiting for a well-established, multi-office law firm in Chester, who are looking for an experienced Fee Earner to join them on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with previous experience handling a Claimant Personal Injury caseload of EL, PL and Housing Disrepair cases.
Duties will consist of:
- Handling a busy caseload of EL, PL and Housing Disrepair files
- Working to court deadlines
- Entering cases onto the Claims Portal, processing payment of Stage 1 costs, preparing Stage 2 packs, preparing and issuing Stage 3 proceedings
- Use of Proclaim case management system
Previous experience managing your own Fast Track caseload is essential, as is a good knowledge of the CPR. Knowledge of Multi-Track cases is favourable.
Salary: DOE
Hours per Week: 4 – 5 days a week
