Boutique law firm is looking to hire a new Junior AML Administrator to provide support to the partners with new business intake procedures, the official title of this role being Practice Group Coordinator and your role will have a wide remit, reporting both to the Managing Partner and Practice Manager where in addition to supporting the Partners and Practice Management issues this position will also involve some basic administrative tasks such as dealing with post, preparing and formatting documentation and correspondence and liaison with suppliers. Compliance/AML duties will include assisting COLP with PII and Practice Certificates Renewal and Diversity Survey, being the firm’s contact for SRA, notifications and annual returns Companies House, annual ICO registration, assisting with new client take-on procedures, issuing engagement terms, conducting AML due diligence checks and requesting information as required from clients. Candidates need to have previous matter opening experience, be it from a paralegal or previous compliance position. This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate who is looking to join a hugely successful and highly regarded organisation who wants a role where they can develop their own career. Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with a salary to £25,000.
