Our client, mdgroup is a global clinical solutions company with its head office in London, UK, Regional HQ in Philadelphia PA and Dublin, Ireland along with offices in San Francisco CA, Raleigh NC, USA, St Petersburg, Russian Federation, Singapore and Hong Kong.
They are looking for a Head of Contracts to be located at Bracknell, UK, (although flexible working from home is possible) to provide contracting support to assist with negotiations with third parties and overseeing the contracting team (a paralegal and a legal counsel) and working with other business units (e.g. sales, finance, operations, procurement, legal, privacy) to improve the contract lifecycle management process and meeting the business objectives. The candidate will need to develop productive working relationships across the company globally.
