A very exciting opportunity for a mid-level Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly successful and well-regarded multi-office firm in Lincolnshire. This is a highly successful firm, which has a really special reputation for the work that they do. This firm is set on a course for growth, bringing exciting opportunities for an ambitious candidate.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of one years PQE and should have grounding in a variety of Corporate commercial matters such as;

Drafting and negotiating Shareholders' Agreements

General Partnerships/LLPS

Articles of Association

Joint Ventures

Share and Asset sales/purchases

You will also provide general corporate support work to the firm's other departments
