COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR-Lincolnshire - LEGAL 500- 2+PQE - Home and Flexible working Commercial Property Solicitor- 2+PQE
We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a highly established leading legal 500 practice with offices across the region, This position would be working alongside some leading individual within this field.
You would be managing a quality caseload of files with minimal supervision covering areas such as landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, and development work, Dealing with all types of non-contentious property transactions, including; leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting and surrendering leases.
They are looking for someone ambitious who is looking to take a step up in their career and make a real mark on their department, You will be expected to take over an existing caseload of files but will be required to get involved in business development and marketing for the firm to increase your clientele and caseload further. There are extremely strong career progression prospects with this role and the firm are known well for their investment in staff development and their internal promotions.
