JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Public Law Disputes)
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY £DOE
The role will be varied as the team covers a broad range of matters including providing advice and dealing with claims between Corporates, Public Bodies, Groups and Private Providers as well as individuals.
Ideal Solicitors / Associates or Legal Executives will ideally have at least 3 years PQE gained within a leading regional or City practice recognised for their public law and administrative services. The appointed Litigation Solicitor will have experience of High Court Litigation, commercial litigation and ideally some exposure to procurement, charities disputes, general public law, judicial review. Newly Qualified Solicitors may be considered for this role however must be able to demonstrate relevant experience.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Litigators who have experience of dealing with administrative and public law matters. The highly regarded team comes well recommended in the legal directories for their services and they have identified the need for a Solicitor to support the Partner on Administrative and Public Law Disputes.
