My client is a specialist firm based in Birmingham city centre, which has a clear focus and understanding of exactly what the client requires in a legal service provider. Established during the Global pandemic in 2020, my client is now looking to expand their offering across commercial and residential property with the addition of an experienced Solicitor.
In this role, you will join a team of 3 highly experienced Solicitors and you will deal with a wide variety of property matters, from sale, purchase and re-mortgages, to lease extensions, option agreements, property litigation, landlord and tenant, tenancy agreements and development work.
My client is looking to strategically grow all of their offering over the next 12 months and for the right candidate, my client can also offer the opportunity to progress into a Director role within the firm in time.
In order to be considered for this new and exciting position based in Birmingham, you must be at least 5 years PQE and have a full understanding of property law.
