Contentious Probate Solicitor – This is an excellent opportunity to join a large top tier practice with an excellent reputation. They are now looking to expand the dispute resolution team with a further Contentious Probate Solicitor at associate level.
About the Role
This contentious trusts and probate team are ranked Tier 3 in the Legal 500 and have a great wealth of experience, with certain individuals having STEP and ACTAPS qualifications. The majority of their contentious trusts and probate work is for individual clients and is sourced from professional referrals, existing clients and other departments within the company. You will be managing a busy caseload of Will disputes, applications for variation; rectification and annulment of trust documents, claims against executors; trustees and claims under the inheritance act 1975.
Candidate Requirements
They are now looking for an associate solicitor with at least 4 years’ experience in Trust and Probate litigation. A proven track record of managing your own caseload is a must and a background in estates / trusts where assets are based in more than one jurisdiction would advantageous.
