We are working with a leading law firm who have built a superb reputation in the North West as a friendly and transparent place to work. They are currently keen to add a property litigation lawyer to their existing well-ranked practice in Manchester.

Due to the team's growth and success in the market, they would like to consider a property litigator who has between 3 and 6 years' PQE.

The practice covers all landlord and tenant issues (including rent arrears, service charge, forfeiture, break options and dilapidations), title concerns (such as easements, restrictive covenants), development-related problems (such as party wall disputes and rights to light), service of property related notices, professional negligence claims, leasehold and service charge enfranchisement, and business rates/council tax disputes.

They resolve property disputes for household name clients who have significant owner/occupier portfolios, and the client base includes major national retailers, real estate investment funds, charities, local authorities and private clients.

This role offers a great opportunity to manage your own caseload, be involved with business development and get directly involved with building relationships with the existing client base.

The firm frequently attracts lawyers from much larger firms who are looking for a different culture and attractive working environment and have fully embraced agile working.

Employee benefits include:

  • Loyalty Recognition Policy which rewards long service with additional annual leave.
  • Buy and Sell Annual Leave Scheme
  • Private Healthcare or Medical/Dental cash plan
  • Income Protection Scheme
  • Enhanced Sickness, Maternity/Paternity and Adoption pay
