Property Litigation Solicitor - 2 years +
A leading Birmingham firm are seeking an experienced Property Litigator to come and join their busy Litigation team.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years PQE up to a more senior level.
You will be undertaking a broad range of property litigation matters including 1954 Act renewals, Leasehold Enfranchisement, landlord and tenant disputes, residential and commercial debt recovery and possession actions, lease interpretation, advising on break clauses, as well as supporting the property team.
The firm are well known for the work that they undertake, and they have a fantastic reputation across the Midlands
