In-House Commercial Property Paralegal

In-House Commercial Property Paralegal required to assist with the completion of legal agreements in relation to development matters. Based out of the businesses offices near Northampton you will be working closely with the legal director on infrastructure matters, basic transfers and agreements. Will consider LPC graduates if they can demonstrate a genuine interest in commercial property / real estate.

An established and growing organisation with offices based around the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their in-house legal function by bringing on board a commercial property paralegal.

Description

As an In-House Commercial Property Paralegal you will be responsible for completing infrastructure agreements, basic transfers and agreements. As well as this, you will also assist with the company's solicitors in the completion of multiple development matters. Other responsibilities will include, producing monthly reports, carrying out searches and assisting in drafting legal documentation.

Profile

Ideally the In-House Commercial Property Paralegal will have at least 6 months experience working in a similar environment, where they may have negotiated wayleaves, easements, transfers or leases. You will have excellent client communication skills and have the ability to work successfully in a team as well as independently. Will also look at LPC Graduates who have a genuine interest in commercial law and pursuing a career in this area.
