NQ Construction Solicitor sought by commercial law firm in Leeds City Centre for new role within its expanding Construction team.

THE ROLE:

The team act for a wide range of clients across private and public sector.

The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious Construction work.

The work is varied with the team being regarded as one of the better teams operating in Construction Law in Yorkshire, working on many regional infrastructure projects.

THE CANDIDATE:

You will be advising clients, mostly contractors, developers and local/ central government departments.

Providing advice and representation on adjudications and litigation for clients in both private and public sectors.

Providing Construction support to the Real Estate, Corporate and Banking teams relating to acquisitions and disposals.

NQ Solicitor with proven experience of advising on a broad range of Construction matters.
