The Role:

You will be joining a highly regarded Commercial Property team as a Property Developments Lawyer.

The team is well-known for the quality of work it undertakes and has an impressive client base that includes major developers and national housebuilders.

You will gain exposure to significant development and regeneration projects, working closely with Partners on complex matters whilst increasing your confidence in running your own cases and beginning to establish a reputation.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor between NQ - 5 years PQE
• Have gained exposure to Property Development or have a keen interest in specialising in this area
• Comfortable dealing with clients and building strong client relationships
• You will be able to work in a collaborative, close-knit team environment
