In-house Corporate & M&A Lawyer, FTSE 100 company

Excellent in-house corporate, M&A role with a FTSE 100 multinational business. This is a great opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join the group legal function of a large and acquisitive technology company and to advise the business on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters as well as M&A. The role will sit as part of a tight-knit corporate team within the wider legal function and will report to the Associate General Counsel. 

You will have good corporate experience gained at a respected law firm and any in-house exposure (through secondment or otherwise) would be useful but is not an absolute requirement. You should also have an interest in working in a broad, fast paced environment with genuine opportunity to grow and develop. Ideally you will have between circa 3 and 5 PQE although all candidates with demonstrable experience to fulfil the role will be considered. The role is based in Central London although there will be ongoing flexibility to work from home.
