The role:

Opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor NQ-1 years PQE to join a leading corporate team based in Cheltenham.

You will undertake a broad range of corporate work including but not limited to transactional work, private equity, IPOs, M&A and joint ventures.

You will demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation and co-ordinating skills and have well-rounded interpersonal skills that allow you to build effective working relationships.

· Outstanding technical knowledge and broad corporate experience
