Corporate Real Estate Paralegal

I am seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate paralegal to join a leading US law firm on an initial 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension. This is a superb opportunity to work with leaders in this field.

As a corporate real estate paralegal, you will be involved in a variety of corporate real estate transactions, including structured acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, real estate finance, fund investments, and hotel acquisitions and operations.

The clients will be varied and ranging across Europe and you will be handling cross-border structures and transactions involving jurisdictions such as Luxembourg, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Jersey.

To apply you must have experience of corporate real estate and / or real estate finance with an emphasis on banking and finance transactions.
