A long-established and growing high street firm in Swinton is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (guideline of at least 1 years PQE) to join its developing Conveyancing department.
The firm currently has an established residential conveyancing team with 5 fee earners split across the two offices and is looking to recruit an additional Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team. You'll be based primarily in Swinton – however, there will be some movement between there and the other local office. You will be handling predominantly Residential Conveyancing matters with a small number of Commercial Property cases also.
You will likely be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1-4 years PQE) with experience of handling the full range of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. Commercial experience is preferable but not essential, but an interest in gaining exposure to Commercial Property matters would be ideal.
The role will mainly be based in North Manchester, but regular visits will be required to the firm’s other office in South Manchester, so a driving licence and car are essential.
Salary (up to circa £36k) and benefits will be dependent on previous experience and expertise.
