One of the highly regarded construction practices in London, our client is looking to hire a Construction NQ who has gained a good range of non-contentious construction and projects experience during their training contract and wishes to specialise in non-contentious construction and projects work. The work within the highly thought of London team, and this particular role, will involve advising on, drafting and negotiating building contracts and the full range of other construction documentation, including appointments, collateral warranties, performance bonds and guarantees. You will be working within a close knit, entrepreneurial construction practice, and will also have the desire and skills to become actively involved with business development and helping to promote the firm’s construction practice.
