The firm are leading UK top 100 organisation providing legal services at national level to both commercial and private clients, they have strong reputation in personal injury sector and have provided numerous positive outcomes with for clients and their families who have been effected as a result of health and safety in the workplace. The team deal with a large proportion of litigated cases often in the High Court and have previously won landmark cases in the Court of Appeal which have had had a significant benefit to many other claimants in future years. The team deal with a great number of of asbestos related claims as well as other workplace related matters often of significant value and complexity.
The team are looking to add a qualified solicitor (or FCILEx equivalent) who is ideally able to hit the ground running with the experience of handling litigated cases. You should be confident in taking instructions from clients and providing legal advice, including obtaining evidence and, where appropriate, pursuing litigation, to achieve appropriate resolutions for the clients. You will of course be ably supported by senior solicitor to ensure quality of advice and your ongoing development. Ideally you should have between 0 - 4 years' qualified experience with good technical skills and good competencies in case handling to high standards and in an efficient manner.
