Are you looking for an exciting Residential Conveyancer role based in York???

I am currently working with a successful law firm, based in York who are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer with new build experience to join a driven team of residential property specialists. They are traditionally known for their expertise in the legal process of buying and selling residential properties.

The firm is a people-focused business looking for those who want to develop individually whilst taking part in helping the company to develop and evolve, somebody who wants to make a difference! Their ethos is to create an interesting, vibrant and engaging place for people to work, along with a friendly, fun, social aspect as well.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload of domestic work from start to finish, ideally at least 3 year's experience is required with a proven track record of hitting challenging billing targets. This person must be able to multitask and prioritise their workload and any experience using case management systems would be desirable.

This Residential Conveyancer role offers a competitive salary of £35k to £40k, dependent on previous residential property experience, along with genuine scope to progress. Remote working options if desired will be made available.
