Construction Associate

A leading global firm is seeking a construction lawyer to join their successfully growing team in Bristol.  

The successful candidate will assist partners and other solicitors and work on a range of construction matters with high net work clients. You will provide advice to construction professionals such like: 

• engineers, 
• architects, 
• quantity surveyors, 
• project managers, 
• design/build contractors  
• surveyors 

You will also take part on business development opportunities and predominately assist on defending liability claims on pre and post litigation as well as adjudication, disciplinary proceedings, risk management and arbitration. 

Experience of landlord and tenant matters and leasehold extensions is preferred.
