The Role
This top 50 firm is seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Inquests Solicitor to join their office in the City of London.
This firm's regulatory department is diverse, offering a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals.
The client base is made up of those facing possible criminal and professional regulatory sanctions, Trusts and organisations on issues such as best interest decisions to DPA requests and inquests, as well as organisations and individuals facing Health & Safety, criminal and other regulatory prosecutions.
The team now requires an experienced Solicitor in Healthcare Inquests to advise on/manage a caseload of general healthcare regulatory matters, including complaints, investigations and assisting with/represent clients in inquests.
Requirements:
- You will be an experienced, qualified Solicitor of England & Wales 5+ PQE (There is no upper limit to the amount of experience considered)
- Expertise in healthcare regulatory inquests work
