A highly rated firm is looking for a Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its growing Corporate practice in Dubai. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a high-quality Common Law qualified Lawyer.
About the Role
Key duties of the Corporate M&A Lawyer will include:
- Working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Dubai office and well as part of its broader Middle East network.
- Working on full-scale worldwide mergers of existing businesses, new ventures, and a variety of joint ventures.
- Involvement with private equity and fundraising transactions across a wide range of market sectors.
- Leading and supervising a team on corporate transactions.
- Developing and managing client relationships.
- Initiating specific business development activities.

About You
