A reputable law firm is looking to grow its corporate practice in the UAE with the addition of a 4+ PQE Corporate Associate. Based in Abu Dhabi, this is a full-time, permanent role.
About the Role
The Corporate Associate will work closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office and as part of its broader Middle East network.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leading law firm which is well established in the UAE market with clear long-term career developments prospects and the opportunity to play a key role in relation to high profile matters.
About you
Our client is interested in speaking to a Common Law Qualified Corporate Associate who demonstrates:
- 4+ years post qualification experience gained at a leading law firm in the Middle East, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong or Singapore.
- Experience in Corporate, M&A and Private Equity matters related to the energy and Oil & Gas industry.
- Outstanding academic records and strong credential are required.
