You must have had exposure to complex claimant cases such as Erbs Palsy, spinal injury, delayed diagnosis, surgical procedures and fatalities. You will become a key team player and benefit from working with a number of panel members. It is likely your current firm will be Legal 500 listed for claimant clinical negligence work.

You must be an ambitious self starter who is hard working and tenacious. Candidates who are 0-4 years pqe are of most interest. Competitive salary on offer. Some home working is possible.
