An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well regarded firm in Birmingham.

This position will see you joining a close knit team and taking on a busy caseload. You will work closely alongside the Head of Department and have exposure to high profile work.

The caseload itself will touch upon all aspects of commercial property and will include acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, landlord and tenant work, development matters and property re-financing. You will have secretarial support but will handle the caseload autonomously.

The firm has an excellent reputation in the local area and is committed to following best practice and delivering excellent results for their clients. They allow a mix of home and office working and  trusts their fee earners to manage their diaries effectively.

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and will be competitive. The firm offers excellent financial incentives and competitive holiday allowance.

Applications will be considered from Solicitors of all levels of experience although it is felt that the role would be best suited to individuals with two to eight years PQE.
