A leading regional firm, with over 10 offices across Yorkshire, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its established Leeds team.
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will handle a full caseload, to include:
- Sale and carriage of goods
- Provision of services
- Commercial agency
- Guarantees
- Consumer credit
- Franchising
- Distribution
- Finance agreements
- Competition law
- Confiscation proceedings
- Asset purchase and share sale agreements
- Civil fraud
- Hire of goods
- Construction
- Breach of confidence
This leading Commercial Litigation Department has a great deal of experience representing many different types of businesses, also covering Corporate & Shareholder Disputes, IP Disputes, Professional Liability and more.
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 2-6 years’ PQE
- Experience in the above litigation matters
- Good technical ability
