Family Paralegal - Maidstone, Kent
A regional law firm with long standing roots in the Maidstone area are looking for a Family Paralegal to join their growing team.
Your role will be to work alongside the fee earners in handling a wide range of family law matters both private and legal aid including divorce, adoption, childcare, child proceedings and domestic violence. Your role will encompass audio dictation, preparing documents, including legal and Court forms, preparing court bundles and diary management (organising meetings and client appointments).
Ideally, you'll have experience of family law as a Family Paralegal or Legal Assistant, or have completed your LPC and be looking to join a firm where you can develop your career. Knowledge of BigHand, Oyez Forms and/or Partner 4 Windows would be advantageous.
