Banking and Finance Solicitor
A leading regional Legal 100 firm is expanding its Banking and Finance team to meet client demand and would like to hire a Banking and Finance Solicitor for its East Anglia office. NQ - 4 years PQE
The tier 1 listed team, which is led by a highly regarded partner, act for household name banks, building society and lenders on a broad range of complex and challenging matters.
The Banking and Finance Solicitor will work on a varied caseload, to include:
- Syndicated and bilateral conventional lending
- Property finance, including advising on funding acquisitions of land, investment property and development/construction
- Funding
- Development capital
- Re-financings
- Restructurings/work-out
- Private finance and loan arrangements
- Asset finance/asset backed lending
The successful Banking and Finance Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- NQ-4 years’ PQE
- If NQ, candidates should have a banking seat
- Experience in the above matters
