This highly regarded Plymouth based firm is growing its commercial property team, due to being just so busy! Over the last year not only has its client list grown, but the quality of the work it is instructed on has increased greatly.
The irm is now seeking a junior lawyer from newly qualified level up to 4 years PQE. Both solicitors and legal executives with commercial property experience are welcome to apply.
You will advise on both local and national commercial property transactions. Your caseload will be broad and will develop in complexity as your experience grows. It will include sales and purchases, lease work, property finance and in the future development work.
This is not a stuffy formal team! The firm is friendly and supportive and although busy, all employees have fun along the way!
Ideally this will be offered on a full time basis, but flexibility can be offered for those perhaps wishing to compress full-time hours into 4 days/week (this is working well within the firm for other employees). You will also enjoy a mixture of office and working from home to suit your own needs.
This firm has recently invested in new IT software to enable you to work remotely with ease.
Competitive salary depending on experience.
