Job Title: Residential and Commercial Property Paralegal

Location: Central London

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience

Our client, a well-established, leading London law firm, in the West End are looking for a residential and commercial property paralegal to join their prestigious real estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned firm with a high profile clientele, where you will be given real autonomy and responsibility dealing with high end residential work, working on behalf of developers and a varied commercial real estate portfolio. It is essential that you can prepare SDLT forms and registrations, manage your own file administration, manage multiple files and meet deadlines, and are able to understand complex title structures. You will be assisting on sales and purchases of high value residential property.

This is a very busy role and so it is essential that you are adaptable, quick thinking and excellent at working under pressure in time constrained conditions. You must have previous experience (at least 12 months) in property as a paralegal; this can be in either commercial real estate or residential conveyancing.
