A leading commercial focused Legal 500 Law Firm in Luton is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor, circa 2/3 years PQE, to join its fast expanding team.
You will ideally be experienced in a broad range of respondent matters, from general employment advice to large SMEs and PLCs as well as some national and FTSE 350 clients. Aside from this there is also an interest in candidates with director level employee work. This is a long-standing client with a strong reputation for staff retention and promotion.
You will be dealing with matters such as settlement agreements, redundancy scenarios, employment contract drafting, and also some HR and benefits matters for larger commercial clients. You will be expected to promote the firm to existing and new clients and be required to assist in the general marketing of your firm. You will ideally have exposure to a leading AIM Listed FTSE 350 and PLC client base as well as a wealth of exposure to SME and owner managed businesses.
