RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER
CHESTER
SALARY: UP TO £45K NEGOTIABLE
Our boutique client, with an existing referral casework, is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to aid in establishing and developing a residential property department within an office based in Chester.
Within a focused and forward-thinking environment, the successful candidate will be successful in dealing with all manner of residential conveyancing transactions and will be happy to develop and market the business within the local area.
The firms focuses on personal development, a healthy work life balance and a strong understanding as to the importance of staff wellbeing.
Our client has ambition and is very much on track to grow significantly in the next few years, and they are keen to have a conveyancer within the team that can facilitate and very much be a part of this growth.
This is a great opportunity for a forward-thinking, determined, and ambitious solicitor to really take ownership of developing their own department in conveyancing and be adequately rewarded in response to their actions.
All solicitors with 3+ years PQE experience handling a case load with minimal support are welcomed to apply.
