Commercial Property Associate NQ-2pqe

My client, a leading law firm in London, has an active need at the NQ-2pqe level for commercial property associate to join their practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified/junior associate to truly develop and hone their skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of landlord and tenant issues, development projects, investment sales and purchases and also an element of property finance both on the borrower and lender side. Clients that the firm are instructed by include a wide range of private investors and developers, financial institutions and pension funds. The new joiner will have a range of responsibilities in the role, including but not limited to drafting and negotiating commercial property documents, assisting Partners on larger commercial property and real estate transactions and projects as well as planning and running their own commercial property files focusing on general landlord and tenant issues.
