Role: Conveyancing Assistant
Salary: £17,000 - £20,000 DoE
Location: Wakefield
The Business:
One of Yorkshire's award-winning, leading law firms offering both Personal and Business services with several offices across region - with a long established and growing team within Residential Conveyancing.
The Role:
The firm are going through a period growth so are looking to add to the Residential Conveyancing team with a Conveyancing Assistant with at least 1 years of solid experience collaborating with a fee-earner and managing a busy caseload, dealing with sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold work. The role would be suited to ambitious Assistants looking to work in a collaborative enviorment with experienced fee-earners, who are looking to grow and develp with a highly regarded law firm that will support the candidate in making the step up too fee-earner in the future. Alternatively the firm are also open to experienced Assistants who wish to remain in an Assistant psoiton in supporting the busy caseloads.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, managing a busy caseload dealing with sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold
- Demonstrable experience working in several aspects of the Conveyancing lifecycle
