Residential Conveyancing Locum – Remote Working
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to assist a L500 firm based in Wales on a completely remote working basis. The firm are seeking a candidate to work full time for a period of 2 months, but will consider part-time candidates.
The caseload will consist of typical Residential Property matters and the ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience managing a complex residential caseload including but not limited to sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold of land, registered and unregistered titles etc. with minimal supervision
The successful locum needs to be available to start ASAP for a period of 2 months. Secretarial support is on offer and the hourly rate is £30 - £40 per hour.
