QED Legal have been instructed to find a senior solicitor of at least 3 years PQE to join this highly regarded, tier 1 team based in their Cardiff office.  The firm are known for their top quality work, varied client base and relaxed and supportive culture.  Operating out of state of the art offices in central Cardiff, this is a firm where you can truly put down long term roots, where there are plenty of avenues for progression and opportunities to hone your knowledge and experience further whilst working shoulder to shoulder with some of the leading practitioners in this field of law.

Applications are invited from candidates with upwards of 3 years PQE. You may already be an associate or perhaps you are on the cusp of promotion.  The team are open on the firm backgrounds you might be coming from but what is important is that you have extensive experience managing property litigation and landlord and tenant matters, ideally from a landlord perspective.  The team represent social housing providers; local authorities; PLC developers and housebuilders;  third sector organisations; pension funds; high street banks; utility companies; landlords; and occupiers on a range of issues to include (but not limited to) all aspects of tenancy enforcement arising out of nuisance behaviour, criminal activity or anti-social behaviour and other issues to include succession, possession, defending disrepair claims, homelessness and allocations.  In addition to strong technical abilities you should have some experience of managing/mentoring more junior fee earners.
