Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Leading NHSR panel firm in Bristol recruiting for a NQ-3PQE clinical negligence solicitor to join their busy Clinical Negligence department in either Leeds, Birmingham or Bristol office.

The Role:
- You will handle a varied caseload of NHSR defendant clinical negligence claims covering a broad range of cases to include brain injury, fatalities etc
- You will assist senior members of the team on higher value and more complex NHSR clinical negligence claims; surgical, obstetric, orthopaedic and psychiatric
- You will work closely with both the NHS and wider public and private health care providers and trusts

Candidate Requirement:
- Ideally you with be a qualified clinical negligence with 1-4 PQE. Although, newly qualified solicitors that have completed a seat in clinical negligence and have good litigation experience coupled with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply
- You will ideally have experience defending clinical negligence matters
- Solicitors with claimant clinical negligence experience with a demonstrable interest in defendant clinical negligence may be considered
