Employment Solicitor

A leading firm that acts in both the private public and private sector, with an outstanding turnover and strong team are looking to bolster their Employment department. 

The Role: 

The successful candidate will work alongside an employment division consisting of Partners, paralegals and fee earners that have helped the firm reach its top 100 ranking. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• You will be involved in handling whistle-blowing sand employment tribunal cases.
• Managing your own work along with working within a team effectively.
• Liaising with partners and fee earners to handle high profile employment cases. 
• Instructing restructuring and redundancy matters efficiently 

Person Specifics: 

• Strong willed and confident 
• Have key time management skills 
• Self-motivation and be very commercially minded
• Cunning teamwork willing to assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Calm under pressure 
• NQ-1 
• Previous experience within the field is not required however it will be a boost
