This high-flying Legal 100 firm is recruiting into its large real estate team in Exeter.

You will work closely with a well-respected partner and will have much client contact from day one building an excellent reputation for yourself.
To apply for this role you will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with real estate experience. You should have between 1-6 years PQE.
You will be joining a successful team that act for institutional and private developers, investors, registered providers and local authority landlords up and down the UK. The team play a significant role in a broad range of transactions including investment, finance, development, regeneration, build-to-rent, co-living, student accommodation, social care and social housing.
You will have involvement in all property aspects of development and regeneration schemes handling a mix of property work including acquisitions and disposals of both investment and development sites for commercial and mixed use schemes, asset management, secured lending and joint venture projects.
Of course you will have real estate experience, ideally in property development schemes, but those with a more general commercial property background should apply as extensive further training will be given.
Based in central Exeter with flexible/work from home options available.
