A modern national law firm are seeking to appoint a qualified solicitor legal executive into their growing real estate team.
The real estate team is led by a leading partner with over 20 years experience and department deal with a wide range of Real Estate work including a significant amount of investment and asset management work for highly regarded regional property companies, as well as a number of respected owner/occupier clients. The team also advise on complex strategic land deals (for both landowners and promoters) as well as large scale residential and mixed use regeneration schemes including a niche agricultural practice which deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters. The team are often involved with large scale complex matters of significant value.
The team are seeking an ambitious individual to join the team with this role being based at the firms Gatwick office. Ideally you will have a minimum of 1yrs PQE gained within a real estate team working on similar matters already mentioned above. The role provides the opportunity to work closely with partners and be involved in high-profile commercial deals right from the start, working with well- established clients. The role also offers the potential for you to develop further your own specialism within real estate sector.
As an individual you will be organised, a confident communicator and be team focused with excellent client care and engagement capabilities. You'll enjoy taking part in various marketing and business development initiatives and have a keen eye for capitalising on opportunities for the team and firm as a whole, playing your part (and being rewarded) for the ongoing success and development of the firm
